As one of the newest members of our team, Almaida has taken real estate head on. In her first few months on the team she has tackled her first sales transactions with ease. Whether she’s negotiating a multi-family deal or getting her landlords top dollar for their rentals, she goes above and beyond for her clients. Almaida is a conscientious realtor who exudes credibility, commitment and determination. Almaida's passion for real estate is apparent through his excellent communication skills and a warm and friendly approach. In her free time, she loves to take care of her furry kitties and walking along the Charles River Esplanade.
